I placed an order for a new sectional…

I placed an order for a new sectional and two leather chairs in December! Was told would be in by late March early April. April arrives and I call mid way through and was told may 8th. Called on may 10th and now they say may 27th!!! Really not getting my hopes up because more than likely, not gonna happen.
Take 2! I ordered a new rug online April 24th. It said in stock, ready to deliver in 2 weeks. Three and a half weeks later now, I call and ask about it and am told it won’t be in until august. WTH??? I’m starting to think this is the way they get you, promise you something at a certain time, taking your money up front then not delivering on their end. But they’ve already got their money, right?
Horrible service!! Even with covid and every other excuse given, it still shouldn’t take a half of a year plus to get your furniture!!
No one has bothered to call on either purchase as well.
Will not be making any more orders.

Delayed, delayed, and delayed again!

Placed an order back on Dec 9th, 2020 for the AMELIE GOLD DRESSER MIRROR, with an estimated delivery of Feb18, 2021. I was charged for the full price of the item at the time of purchase.
Fast forward to March 2021, there is no news on this. So I call the customer service who pass me on to the store associate to let me know that the item is on BACK-ORDER and will be ready in early April with delivery data of mid April at worst!
Fast forward to April15, 2021, now news on the order again. I just contacted the store and now they say that it's delayed to late May. Reason? Apparently the item was shared on Pinterest and that increased the demand! So what about my order that is delayed since Dec?!!!
There is no follow up from the store associates nor the online customer service with us regarding these delays, and all the while, they have charged us for an item which we still are waiting on.
Horrible customer service experience, everyone I have talked to is making an excuse and says that it's not within their control! Who's the person in charge?

Delayed Order

Placed an order for a dining room table in January. The table was to be delivered at the end of last month and possibly pushed into the beginning of April. I called to check on the order since we are entering the second week of April. I was informed that the benches are ready but the table will likely be delayed until May!! The lady was super nice and I received a prompt answer which is nice in today's world of purchasing.

Dissatisfied with fabric

Design consultant that I worked with was wonderful, purchased the tufted leather ottoman/coffee table and a sofa. Regret the sofa purchase. Although very comfortable and structure is sound, the fabric faded l/switched from taupe to purple dramatically. Wish I had gotten the extended warranty as that would have covered it. Arhaus requested photos, sent but no reply or follow-up. Now 3 years later, shopping for a new sofa... not shopping at Arhaus.
